Our Fruit

What we sell

We grow luscious peaches, plums, sweet cherries, and apricots.  We also provide pears and apples from neighboring farms.  The tantalizing progession of fruit looks like this each season.  2010 peaches are tracking two weeks late, as in 2008. We'll start shipping Redhaven, Newhaven and Regina peaches at the end of July.

CSAs (Community Supported Agriculture)

We work with several community supported agriculture programs around Colorado to bring Western Slope fruit to their members.  Each week we deliver fruit by the pound or the box to complement the vegetables and herbs these great farms provide their members.  If you run a CSA or are a member of a CSA and would like to get more information on how to make our fruit part of your CSA experience, please contact us.  We currently have relationships with the following farms.

Cure Organic Farm, Boulder, CO

Handling Perishable Fruit

All of our fruit is vital and perishable.  Cherries do not ripen after picking and should be refrigerated.  Other fruits continue to ripen after picking and are best kept in a cool place (60-65 degrees) until optimal ripeness. Ripe fruit should be refrigerated (33-38 degrees).  Warm to room temperature for full flavor before eating.
